7 Black Friday Kitchen Deals Already Live (2026): 2 End Before Black Friday Watch on YouTube

Black Friday isn’t until November 27, 2026, but a lot of the kitchen deals are already here. Amazon says its early deals started rolling out on November 1, and several cookware and appliance brands are running the same prices on their own sites right now. So you don’t have to wait for Thanksgiving week to save on gear for the person who does the cooking.

We went through the early sales and kept only seven deals we’d actually tell a friend about: good products from brands with real track records, at prices clearly below what they normally sell for. Every price below comes from a dated check, and we list the date so you know how fresh it is.

The deals at a glance

Deal Sale price Usually Price checked Ends
Breville Barista Express $499.95 $699.95 (Breville) Nov. 1 to 7 Not stated
Le Creuset Signature 7.25-qt Dutch oven (Cerise) $317.99 About $460 to $480 Nov. 5 Not stated
Weber Smoque pellet smoker $599 $799 (Weber) Nov. 2 and 7 Not stated
Hestan OvenBond 7-piece bakeware $399.96 $499.95 on Amazon, $625 at Hestan Nov. 2 and 7 Nov. 19
All-Clad HA1 Expert 10” + 12” fry pans $89.95 $129.99 on Amazon, $159.99 at All-Clad Oct. 31 to Nov. 7 Nov. 22
Ninja Air Fryer Pro 4-in-1 (AF141) $79 $129 list Nov. 7 Not stated
Cuisinart MultiClad Pro 3-qt saucepan $54.95 $74.95 Nov. 1 Not stated

Sale prices are the Amazon prices reported by Popular Science (checked Nov. 2), Tom's Guide (Nov. 7) and Slickdeals deal posts (Oct. 31 to Nov. 6), matched against each brand's own site on Nov. 7 where the brand runs the same sale. Prices change quickly during Black Friday season, so check the current price before you buy.

How we picked these deals

A Black Friday “deal” is only a deal if the regular price is real. So for each one we looked for:

We haven’t tested these products ourselves. The product details come from each brand’s spec sheets and the reviews we cite. Read more about how we pick products.

1. Breville Barista Express: Best overall deal

Best for: The coffee lover who wants café espresso at home without buying a separate grinder.

The Barista Express is the machine a lot of people start their home espresso habit with, and right now it’s $499.95. Breville’s own site lists it at $499.95, down from a regular $699.95, and Amazon has carried the same price since November 1. That $200 drop is the biggest dollar savings on this list for something you’d use every single morning.

It has a conical burr grinder built in with 16 grind settings, so beans go straight from the hopper into the portafilter. Breville says its 15-bar pump delivers 9 bars at extraction, which is the pressure espresso needs, and there’s a pressure gauge on the front so you can see whether your shot is pulling right. The steam wand is manual, which means you can learn to make real microfoam for lattes.

What bugs us: There’s a learning curve. You’ll waste some beans figuring out the grind size and dose, and the built-in grinder isn’t as fine-tuned as a standalone espresso grinder.

Skip it if: you just want to press a button. A super-automatic machine does more of the work for you.

2. Le Creuset Signature 7.25-Qt Round Dutch Oven: Rare Le Creuset discount

Best for: Anyone who cooks big batches of soup, chili, braises or bread.

Le Creuset rarely discounts its Signature Dutch ovens, which is why this one stood out. On November 5, Amazon had the 7.25-quart round Dutch oven in Cerise (the classic red) for $317.99. Retailers like Sur La Table list the same size for about $460 to $480 at full price.

The 7.25-quart size is the one Le Creuset says serves 7 to 8 people, so it’s big enough for a whole chicken or a double batch of stew. It’s enameled cast iron, oven-safe to 500°F, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. If you’re not sure what size you need, our Dutch oven size guide walks through it.

What bugs us: The deal is on one color, and prices on other colors move around. It’s also heavy, especially when it’s full.

Skip it if: you cook for one or two. A 5.5-quart is easier to lift and store.

3. Weber Smoque Pellet Smoker: Best for backyard cooks

Best for: The home cook who wants to get into smoking without babysitting a fire.

The Smoque is Weber’s new pellet smoker for 2026, and it’s $599 right now, down from $799. Popular Science found that price on Amazon on November 2, and Weber’s own site shows the same $200 off.

Weber gives it 594 square inches of cooking space (385 on the main grate plus a 209-square-inch warming rack). A Rapid React PID controller heats it up in 15 minutes or less and recovers quickly after you open the lid, and a SmokeBoost setting holds a low temperature for more smoke flavor. It connects to the Weber Connect app, so you can check the temperature and get alerts from your phone, and it comes with two food probes and a 5-year limited warranty.

What bugs us: In Tom’s Guide’s review, the smoke flavor was subtler than what you’d get from charcoal or wood. It also needs a 120V outlet outside.

Skip it if: you want deep, heavy smoke flavor. Read our pellet vs. gas grill comparison to see if pellet is right for you.

4. Hestan OvenBond 7-Piece Bakeware Set: Best for bakers

Best for: Bakers and roasters who are tired of sheet pans that warp and twist in a hot oven.

Popular Science found this set on Amazon at $399.96 (from $499.95) on November 2, tying its lowest price of 2026, with the deal listed through November 19. Hestan’s own site shows it at $400, against a list price of $625.

You get a medium sheet pan with a rack, a quarter sheet pan with a rack, a 13 x 9-inch rectangular baker, an 8-inch square baker and a 1-pound loaf pan. Everything is tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminum core, oven- and broiler-safe to 600°F, and Hestan says it’s thermal tested to resist warping. It’s covered by a lifetime warranty, and Good Housekeeping named it Best Durable Bakeware in its 2023 Kitchen Gear Awards.

What bugs us: Hestan recommends hand washing, and stainless bakeware needs parchment or a little oil for sticky bakes. Even on sale, it’s a lot to spend on pans.

Skip it if: you bake once in a while. A couple of good aluminum sheet pans will do the job for a fraction of the price.

5. All-Clad HA1 Expert 10- and 12-Inch Fry Pan Set: Best everyday pans

Best for: Anyone whose nonstick pans are scratched and sticking.

These are the two skillet sizes most people reach for every day, and the set is $89.95 on Amazon. Popular Science saw that price on November 2, tying the set’s lowest price of 2026, with the deal running through November 22. All-Clad’s own site has it at $89.99, against a regular $159.99.

The pans are hard-anodized aluminum with a stainless steel base, so they work on every stovetop, including induction. They’re oven-safe to 500°F, and All-Clad backs them with a limited lifetime warranty. If you’re weighing nonstick against cast iron, our cast iron vs. nonstick guide covers which jobs each one does best.

What bugs us: These are PTFE nonstick pans, so use wood, silicone or nylon utensils, not metal. Like any nonstick, the coating wears out eventually, even with good care.

Skip it if: you want pans that last for decades. Stainless steel or cast iron will outlive any nonstick.

6. Ninja Air Fryer Pro 4-in-1 (AF141): Best budget appliance

Best for: A first air fryer, or a gift for a college kid or new apartment.

Tom’s Guide lists the Ninja Air Fryer Pro at $79 on Amazon in its early Black Friday roundup, against a $129 list price. To be fair, this isn’t a once-a-year price: it has sold for about $80 several times this year. But $79 matches the best Amazon price we’ve seen on it in 2026, so this is a good time to buy one.

It has a 5-quart basket, cooks at up to 400°F, and has four modes: Air Fry, Roast, Reheat and Dehydrate. The nonstick basket and crisper plate go in the dishwasher.

What bugs us: With one basket, you’ll cook a main and a side one after the other. And as noted above, the sale price isn’t rare.

Skip it if: you cook for a big family. A two-basket model, or one of our toaster oven air fryer combos, handles more food at once.

7. Cuisinart MultiClad Pro 3-Qt Saucepan: Best under $60

Best for: Upgrading the one pot you use for sauces, grains and reheating soup.

On November 1, Amazon had this MultiClad Pro 3-quart saucepan with a lid for $54.95, shipped and sold by Amazon. It normally sells for $74.95, and the Slickdeals post noted that Amazon’s price had sat at about $75 for the previous six months. That makes this a small deal, but a real one, on a pan that almost never drops.

It’s tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminum core that spreads heat evenly, so sauces are less likely to scorch on the bottom. It works on induction, goes in the oven, and has a lifetime warranty. Want the full set instead? Here are our picks for stainless steel cookware sets under $200.

What bugs us: Cuisinart has replaced this model number (MCP193-18N) with a newer version (MCPS193-18N) on its own site. It’s the same pan, but stock of the older one may run out. And like all stainless, it needs a little fat and preheating to keep food from sticking.

Skip it if: you already own a good 3-quart saucepan.

How to tell if a Black Friday deal is real

Check Why it matters
Compare with the brand’s own site When a brand runs the same price (Breville, Weber, Hestan and All-Clad here), the discount is usually real.
Look at the price history A price tracker shows whether today’s “deal” is just the normal price. The Ninja on this list sells for about $80 a lot.
Check the end date Some deals end before Black Friday itself. The Hestan deal is listed through Nov. 19 and the All-Clad set through Nov. 22.
Check the exact model and color Discounts often apply to one size or color. The Le Creuset price above is for the 7.25-quart in Cerise.
Check who sells it Buying from Amazon or the brand’s own store keeps returns simple and the warranty clean.

Common questions

When is Black Friday 2026? Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday is November 30. Amazon says early deals are already live in its Holiday Shop.

Will these prices drop further on Black Friday? Some might, but there’s no guarantee. Two of these deals (Hestan and All-Clad) are listed to end before Black Friday. If the price is already at its lowest of the year and you need the item, waiting doesn’t gain you much.

What if the price goes up after I buy? Amazon doesn’t offer price adjustments on most items. If the price drops after you buy, you can return an eligible item and buy it again. Check the return window on the product page first.

Are these good gifts for someone who loves to cook? Yes. The Le Creuset, the All-Clad pans and the Cuisinart saucepan are things a cook will use for years. The Breville and the Weber smoker are bigger gifts, so they’re best for someone who has already said they want one.
